Shipping policy

At JellyBean India, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the details of our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. SHIPPING TIMELINES

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of order confirmation. We ship orders on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier service availability. Generally, deliveries take 3-10 business days for most locations within India. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier partner delays, or government restrictions. In case of unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified accordingly.

 

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

A fixed shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable for all orders below ₹999 (excluding COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or value reductions due to coupon codes or other offers).Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping in most locations. However, additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote locations. If your location requires additional shipping charges, these will be displayed during checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of order returns or cancellations after dispatch.

 

3. NON-DELIVERY & RE-ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partners will make delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. To ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate shipping address and contact number. If the package is returned due to non-availability at the delivery address, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

4. ADDRESS CHANGE & MODIFICATIONS

You can modify the delivery address only if the order status is Pending or Confirmed and has not yet been shipped. If the order is already dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

 

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
