Refund policy
At JellyBean India, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the details below to understand our terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- · We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- · Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- · Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. These include bibs, mittens, innerwear inclusive of bloomers, nappies, panties etc.
- · If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
2. RETURN PROCESS
· We offer a seamless return process, where you can initiate your returns from your end. Once your return request is approved, our logistic partner will collect the returned item and once we receive the returned item in its original condition (with untampered tags), we shall issue the refund.
- · We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within India.
- · We do not accept returns beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. REFUND POLICY
- · Full Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- · Refunds will be processed only if the returned item meets our eligibility criteria. If the return does not meet our guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
- · For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verifying the returned product.
- · Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item as per our return policy.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a full refund.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. To cancel your order, contact us at support@jellybeanindia.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may initiate a return once you receive the product.
